We try to reply to your inquiries immediately, however it can take up to 1-3 days when we are flat out - you can save time by finding the product or service you need on our website and placing the order, which will get full priority and an immediate response.

Modz is currently operated from our workshop in New Plymouth, all orders outside of this area will require a courier for door to door service.
