How do I send my console to Modz? PDF Print E-mail

Sending your console into Modz for repair or modification is not as hard as you might think. We require only the console itself, no cables or controllers or anything else. You should package the console well to protect it from the knocks it will take in transportation. Use bubble wrap, scrunched up newspaper or anything else you can use to absorb shock around the console. You should also use a courier/post box instead of just the original packaging that came with your console, so that it is not obvious that it is a game console. This will help prevent your package from mysteriously going missing during transit.

We recommend using NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Fastway couriers to send your console through. The price can depend on the size of box you use and the total weight of the package, but is usually between $8-$14 for overnight delivery within the North Island, and $10-$25 from the South Island.

Please ensure to include your full name and return address on the outside of the package, and label it 'FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE'. Include a printout of your order if possible. If you have any questions please email us using the 'contact us' page.
