Ordering from Modz.co.nzFIND the product or service you want using the navigation menu on the left of the website. ADD the product/service to your 'cart'. ENTER your name, address and phone number, or if you have already registered with Modz.co.nz before, you can simply confirm you current delivery details. SELECT SHIPPING OPTION : SELECT PAYMENT OPTION : You can pay by bank deposit using the bank details provided, or use your credit card using secure PayPal or PayMate transaction (+$4.00), or pay cash on pickup from the Modz workshop in New Plymouth. More payment details found here. READ & CONFIRM your order details, or add a note at this point if necessary. You must select the 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions' checkbox to confirm the order. PRINT your order details - which will contain the bank information and reference number for the deposit. Order Status Updates Throughout our order process we will update you each step of the way so you know exactly what stage your order is at. In most cases it will be broken down to 4 stages (updates in brackets are only sent if not received within 7 days)ORDER STATUS UPDATES (Products): Pending : Confirmed : (Awaiting Payment) : Payment Received : Couriered If you are sending your console into our workshop, you will receive slightly different updates. ORDER STATUS UPDATES (Service/Modz): Pending : Confirmed : (Awaiting Console) : Received Console : (Awaiting Payment) : Received Payment : Couriered Once we have received your order at Modz.co.nz, we will check our stocks and send you a confirmed email. Please do not make payment until we have confirmed the order unless you have already checked with us prior to making the order. This first confirmation email from Modz.co.nz will change your order status to CONFIRMED. If we do not receive any payment within 7 days of your order confirmation, we will send an AWAITING PAYMENT email. If another 7 days lapses without receiving payment we will change your order status to CANCELLED. If we do not receive your console within 7 days of your service/modz confirmation, we will send an AWAITING CONSOLE email. If another 7 days lapses without receiving your console we will change your order status to CANCELLED. If a product or service is not available but payment has been received, we will refund the total amount minus any incurred fee's if applicable. |
