This is an UPDATE for all customers who have had their 360 modded or who have bought a pre-modified console from Modz. Just add this to your cart and you can get the update to your drive to the newer version, currently: v1.51 for LG-Hitachi, v1.61 for Toshiba-Samsung, LiteTouch 1.1 for Philips LiteOn 83850c v1,v2,93450C & Philips BenQ.
This update is required in order to play all new games, as they have extra content that old i-Xtreme firmwares cannot read. Instead of loading the game it just displays the 'To play this disc put it in an Xbox 360 console' video (and with latest update it just shows the 360 logo).
Philips-LiteOn owners: You can use the 'One Shot Boot Disc' to load these games if you dont want to get the new update. Download it here and unzip, then burn the .iso file to Dual Layer dvd, all info on first layer (recommended to use ImgBurn to make the disc).
The process to update your 360 firmware is exactly the same as the initial mod/firmware flash, but the price is only $35.00 plus courier for all drive types. Shipping info etc can be found on our FAQ's page. Updates are usually done within 24 hours.
Remember, Always use at Your Own Risk on Xbox Live, although the latest Lite-Touch firmware is currently Xbox Live safe, it may change with future system updates.
